If customer decided to do a cancellation of a purchase please kindly write in to us at email@example.com asap, and we would advise customers to do so within 48 hours from their purchase.
Cancellations within 48 hours after your purchase is not chargeable, this means that you can have enough time to think about even after your purchase. However, any cancellations made after 48 hours of your purchase is applicable to a cancelling administration fee.
We know buying something before you even test it can be risky for you. Don’t worry, just return them to us within 30 days upon receiving date. You would be required to write in to us at firstname.lastname@example.org before the 30 days’ trial period ends.
Any trial returning product(s) must not be under clearance item(s), custom made item(s) and conditions should be returned in undamaged condition with their original packaging including plastic cover or dust covers. In an event of unqualified returning, NEST has rights to offer an exchange of similar or value equivalent product to customers.
NEST delivery team will contact you to schedule for the collection. The refund can only be processed after the item(s) are collected. All refunds will take up to 14 working days to process and NEST will issue in the form of a credit back to the original mode of payment. However, NEST reserve the rights to alter the mode of refund.
All returning or exchanging cost will be bared by customers, that is referred to the delivery processing fee, cancellation’s administrating fee and subjected to the delivery rerouting charges if the elevator is not accessible for the item you purchased.
